About 40% of our netflix queue is usually foreign movies, and man, once you start getting into good foreign movies, you get sick of Hollywood stuff almost...

I'd like to see what others liked, and recommend, so start listing good foreign language movies you have seen.

Some great foreign movies we have already seen:

Let the right one in
A tale of 2 sisters
the unknown woman
Lives of others
gloomy sunday
the band's visit
monsoon wedding
the namesake
The orphanage
the devil's backbone
Pan's labyrinth
Goodbye Lenin
The page-turner
The Uninvited

The orphanage

"Shall we dance" was hilarious it was redone recently.

Mostly Martha

The kite runner is not a foreign film but seemed like one, I enjoyed it.

I enjoy some of the Indie movies very much.

Um....

'Kanal' (1957) About an escape through the Warsaw sewers during the 1944 uprising. Many of the cast and crew had taken part in the uprising. I guess it's as about as real as it gets.
You can find the whole movie on Youtube.

That movie was very good. However, it was over-dramatic in some parts. I just got into Korean movies. My friend has a collection of them and now I'm hooked!
