NEO has some excellent low vis racing oils. Fuchs Silkolene has a 0w20 that some Porsche Carrera Cup teams are rumored to be using.

Quaker State Q has a 5w you can get from Jegs.
Lucas has a pro stock oil in 0w-5, 0w-10, and 0w-20

As oliver88 said, NEO have had a 0W-5 since the late eighties/early nineties.

I used to run it from '93 on in races, it was worth it at the time.

Redline, NEO and RP all make low vis racing oils. Redline makes a 2wt oil. Mobil 1 0w-20 is about 6.6 cSt.

Buster I've heard M1 is making their 0W-20 street oil again but I don't see it on their website just their 5W-20?
M1's 0W-20 racing oil vis @ 100C is 7.85 although it's pretty low @ 40C, 41.3 cSt.
A problem I have with NEO is that they don't seem to provide a Product Data Sheet plus it's not available in Canada.
Silkolene is also not available here.

what are the differences in make-up of Gibbs XP0, Redline 2W Pro Stock, Lucas Pro Stock oil and others. PAO? Ester? ZDDP? Moly?

Most all the oil companys major or minor can supply this type of oil.

Most here would be suprised at a VOA, it's not what some here would call "robust".
