Light Bulb Driving me nuts GE 5W 760 lumen

This lightbulb came out of a hanging basic chandelier and seems to not exist anymore...would like to match the other lights as best as possible.

GE 760 lumens/5W/2700k.

Most lights at 750-760 lumen seem to be 8-9+W and claim 60W equivalent.
Don't really care about that, but I had another 60W that didn't seem to match.
Something seemingly so simple is driving me nuts.

If not a lot of suppliers, then, at least, this new tech has a lot of product runs...all with differing light output.
If you want each source (light bulb) to match, you might have to change them all.
Yours surely wouldn't be the first such situation.

How many bulbs does this fixture take?
I assume medium base (the normal base we all grew up with).

Replace them all with the same. Besides, chances are if one went out, the others are sure to follow. It will be next to impossible to match the exact lumens.
