I like my car without wireless connection and keep track of what I do and where I visit. Imagine a lawyer use your typical driving habits to "prove" that you are at fault to a bunch of uneducated jury and turn that against you.

That probably takes a 20 year old car to not have any form of connection point. My 2018 GTI wasn’t connected, but the modem was 3G AT&T which AT&T no longer supports.

True. Maybe if you get a Mitsubishi Mirage you can still get an unconnected car, but most people want something "fancier" these days.
