Lexus IS300 ps/inline trans filter

Hey I am looking to buy an inline power steering and inline transmission filter for my 03 is300 but am not sure which one to buy. I've heard great things about the Magnefine....Also when I look this up on rockauto I get these two options for the ps filter:

2 1/4" X 5" w/12 mm Outer Diameter Neck (For 1/2" ID Hose)

2 1/4" X 5" w/10 mm Outer Diameter Neck (For 3/8" ID Hose)

Which is the correct size for the power steering and which is the correct size for the transmission

I am not trying to be Captain Obvious here but you need to un hock the low pressure side of the P/S line and measure it if you can not tell by looking. Measure the inside and outside it is going to metric but parts stores int he USA use SAE for hose's still! If you do not own a caliper then just use a ruler everyone owns a ruler!
