Level 2 Charging Equipment help

Hola,

My friend just bought a Mercedes EQE 350 and wants to install a level 2 charger at her business location. The electrical box outside reads 480 volts so their is plenty of power to building. Can you share some equipment names that would you consider for this type of installations???

No electric car I know of will charge off 480/277. They would have to get a 480 to 240 transformer or a small DC fast charger as those commonly use 480v, but those are much more expensive.

Does what is on the outside box of the meter but inside is mainly office stuff. The electrical panel is big like 2 doors.

She currently charging it at level 1 w/ it plug in at an outlet.

Have her call the dealer or an electrician. Problem is solvable....just need the right people.

Any electrician could do it. At least any licensed and insured could & should do it.
