I think this was brought up once before and I cant find the thread right now, but I am curious about the full synthetic Kendall GT-1 with Ti. It seems to be once of the cheaper synthetics as far as price goes but has any one dome a used oil analysis or a VOA? Really how good is this oil?

I have a stock pile of Mobil 1 Extended Performance filters for the Grand Prix and my Accord so I was going to stock up on some oil while I am at it. 5W20 for the Accord and 5W30 for the Grand Prix.

I was going to buy from this site, once case of each flavor and after shipping it comes out to $5 per quart.

Kendall is very good oil. There is a VOA of the SM flavors in 5w30 and 10w30 already. I like the looks of the PDS on the SN version. I may order a couple cases myself

I'm currently running Kendall FS 5w-20 in my ranger. I have a case of the 5w-20 and 10w30. Evaluate the additve numbers with a grain of salt. I have tested other conocophillips products at a different lab and the numbers are higher.

That VOA is not accurate at all. Just look at the CP pds, the levels in that VOA are way to low.

Went to AZ today and bought 7 quarts of the Kendall Synthetic Blend oil, 5w30 on special.

I used the $20 bonus rewards for my purchase. The total cost after tax and discount....54 cents a quart.

I'm hoping to blend this with some Kendall 15w40 Synthetic blend Diesel with Titanium in the summer on some vehicles.

This was the first time I've ever seen it on special, or sale...so I jumped on the chance to get a hold of some of this Kendall.

The link to the PQIA analysis is what sold me on using the AZ bonus offer to purchase the Kendall Synthetic Blend and mixing a 50/50 blend.

What was it on sale for?

Kendall 5W50 has very high VI at 192. If someone need xW30, mixing it with 0W20(VI 175) at 50-50 ratio will yield a mid 180's VI which is better than most Full Synthetic xW30.

I have a question for anyone that has used this oil. Did it make you engine run smoother or quieter? I read a lot of people saying that this xxx brand of oil made my engine quieter or this xxx brand make it run better.
