"BG Engine Purge is not an ordinary engine flush. It is an effective blend of solvents and dispersants which will quickly and safely remove
accumulated sludge and other deposits from the engine. It can actually restore compression by removing soot and deposits from around the
rings; hence, the compression rings seal in compression gases. BG Engine Purge does not contain harmful chlorinated solvents. It may be
used in gasoline, diesel and rotary engines."

Why do I have memories of Eulle Gibbons in the Post Grape Nuts commercial saying "Do you know some parts of a pine tree are edible"?

I don't need a flush, so if this thing can be run for 1K or more and costs $20 or less, I'll give it a shot in my wife's Toyota. We have a trip to Dallas coming up for New Years and it would be a great time to let an additive get really warmed up in there and do some cleaning.

Flashpoint = +200f. It'll evaporate if you drive on it leaving the rich pine sludgy goodness behind. Not to mention it'll thin your oil to he||.

Maybe someone will step up. While it is interesting I'll pass and see if someone else trys it. I do like the smell of pine though.

I'm trying to figure the motivation here. I don't know why someone would need the pine fragrance when you could merely use the fragrance itself instead of the pine oil ...and I don't understand the properties of pine and how they would clean an engine.

Disinfect your engine?
