Hi All....had a leaky "o" ring on my return transmission line....during the process of changing it this morning I lost 300 ML of fluid being Dexron VI.....could I use the Mercon V I already have opened to top this minimal bit up ? Thanks...

Does the engine specifically call for VI or is V ok to use? If the manual says V is ok then it's fine... Otherwise I wouldn't put it in there.
