yes, I have a shut off under the sink, I had a plumber install it.
Never buying a Costco faucet product again.
Take it back to Costco? I've never been in a Costco, but I heard they have a great return policy.

Faucets were never repair items to me. I would replace with a new unit and replace the water lines with stainless unless you have already done so.
Takes no time to swap out a faucet, messing with o-rings and gaskets might be a pain in the neck.

Yes the handle will need to be yanked out. As mentioned previously, take it back to Costco and get your money back. Then buy a new faucet.

I agree. I had a similar experience with a cheap faucet that the Store didn't have repair parts available for it. I ended up going to Lowe's and buying a cheap faucet. Hardest part of the process is geting something my wife would agree upon.

If it is Costco's inexpensive line, then it is probably a Water Ridge (Globe Union) faucet. Their customer service line is 1-866-789-2273.
My faucets came with an exploded diagram that showed how to take it apart. If you can identify model number, they may be able to send you diagrams and instructions, as well as possibly identifying the parts you need.
Hardware stores also have a faucet removal tool that may be helpful in getting the handle off without damaging it.

It looks like a Kingston Brass KS319NML Filtration Faucet. The package does not show any information other than installation instructions.
It does have a 10 year limited warranty.
It seems that there are no replacement parts for this faucet, if it goes bad you spend 50 bucks and buy a new one.
