Leaking spindle seals

Am experiencing oil leaking past rotor to spindle seal. Used Mobil 1 synthetic grease to lubricate bearings. Noticed how this oil tends to separate out of grease. Understand this is called bleeding. Now have oil running past seal down rotor and accumulating on inside wheel rim. Was this the incorrect type of grease to use? States for wheel bearings. This grease was chosen because it's tendency to flow better than typical wheel bearing grease. Do I have to much grease inside hub? Has anyone experienced this issue using this grease or any other for that matter?

Have learned it's normal for a small amount of oil to separate from thickener but to switch to a calcium sulfonate base for a better more stable grease. Mobile 1 is lithium complex. Am new to this site. Was hoping to get some guidance with my problem.

did you replace the grease seals?,Mobil 1 grease maybe not the best choice in this application as it separates alot,we used this grease at work in various bearings ,and it bleed all over the place, we switched to Schaeffer's # 274 & 219 and with much better results, and NO bearing failures like the Mobil 1 grease had,,,,try another brand of grease and new grease seals, there is nothing wrong by using a lithium complex grease.
