Hi, I bought a leaf blower today that is electric. The leaf blower has a two prong plug and I only have three prong extension cord. Would it be safe to plug a two prong into a three prong cord Or would this be an electrical hazard.
Thank you!

Why wouldn't it be safe? It's the device that causes the electrical hazard, not the cord. At least 99.9% of the time.

yes. simple-gifts is correct. it is safe. I was an electrician for years. although, technically speaking, any outlet on the outside of your home is supposed to be protected by a GFI.....

There's no danger in the plug so instead you can breathe deep and try to taking advantage of all the dust. The only downside is that getting an electrical shock is quick and easy but messing with your eyes and lungs will be a slow process and you'll just have to be patient.
