Latest on renewables in California

... I'm signing off now as it sounds too much like bickering. You may cheerlead for Nuclear reactors but they are practically a dead issue in the USA. If one gets built and on production by 2045, I'll be surprised. As for bad news from energy sources, Nuclear has plenty of potential for that. Nuclear power generation isn't a game.
I know this isnt a reply to me but I NEED to comment on statements that go against reality.
If we want to be fossil fuel free with clean energy (I have no position on that just facts) It will never be without a large scale build out of nuclear power plants.
They are not a dead issue. As the population learns we need nuclear to remain a world economic power and not succumb to China nuclear is the answer. The fear factor wearing off, its completely baseless.

Anyway, I need to correct your statement. Nuclear IS the future for the USA, it will be needed (based on stabilizing the grid regardless of other "green" sources. Tech companies TODAY, right in the USA are locating to areas where they know they will have power for their servers, some even exploring mini nuclear generation.

Anyway to correct your statement for others here you go =
Sooner or later we will be in a race to get more online and already the US government is planning just that.
The USA is set to TRIPLE the amount of nuclear plants over the next 25 years.

Right now China has TWENTY FIVE Nuclear plants under construction. Something like 70 are planned. The pendulum of public opinion has is swinging in the USA and needed if we are to remain a world power.

Then the USA better get going or China will make it it’s 24th province. Let’s re-group when the next new nuclear plant is running in the USA. I will buy you a steak dinner if I’m still alive. You haven’t corrected my statement until you show me 25 new reactors in the USA. No disrespect. I still enjoy your posts. :)
