LA County Sheriff orders gun stores to close

Sheriff is using Centers for Disease Control patter about the dangers of gun ownership in general, as his reason to unilaterally close all gun stores in Los Angeles County. I was not aware the county sheriff's duties include closing businesses on his own authority, that have not been ordered closed by the state.

Well, as much as I might like to spin this (CA, 2nd, etc)--he's right. It's not essential.

I'm sure he'll get plenty of flak for it, but I agree with him. Despite how it looks.
