Kendall Titanium....

Its new you won't find it. The press release was december. I was going to buy a quart for a VOA but none of the retailers are currently carrying Kendall although they used too. There is 1 Pepboys that is reseasonably close that may have some in stock. Looking at the TBN listed on the PDS its not a long drain oil so the price would have to be right.

When I recently went to Pepboys to look for Peak Professional Lifetime antifreeze, I saw this oil was selling for $4.99 a quart. It was cheaper than PP, Synpower, M1 (which were all over $6.00 a quart).
The fact that Motorcraft syn-blend is such a good oil would lead me to believe that this is also excellent and at a good price too. The
If those other syns weren't readily available and cheaper in the 5 qt. jug at Walmart this would probably be a big seller.

Heck if a good deal can be found, i'd try it.

I want to do or see a VOA on it, but I think phillips will have a great product and the price point is really good. Some reason I have a good feeling about this one

ok one more time,,,,buy ur oil in the 5qt containers, u can save 3 bucks a qt at least like Mobil 1 is 29 bucks for extended life full synth... 10w30 and other oils in bulk are there too........................

I've seen Kendall "synthetic" at my local auto parts store PEP BOYS at a much cheaper price compared to all the others BUT I never saw any label named "Titanium" on it?????

Perhaps it's the same oil and just a new label.

When I was at Pepboys approx. 2 weeks ago they had both black bottle GT-1 and silver bottle 'liquid titanium' for $4.99 a quart.

Yes, if it is available the next time I go to Pep Boys and if the price is within reason (about $5 a quart). If not, I will probably use the black bottle synthetic again or maybe Motorcraft 5W20 synthetic.

I work for an oil distribution company and from what I hear, Kendall is changing their formula by adding liquid Titanium to their oil to make up for the lack of Zinc or ZDDP from previous years. Just what I heard, hope this helps!
