So the interior of my new malibu is jet black with leather and cloth seats. Never had a car with leather and want to keep it shined up and clean. And the dash being black shows dust after a week. What can i use to keep the leather and car clean?

I use Orange Pledge. No build up, smells good and keep everything nice. Not sure what others do.

Armor All Leather Care has always been my favorite. Been using it since the 90s.

^^This too. Pledge is actually a detailer's secret. I wish they still made it in that classic wood scent.

Anything vinyl, especially the dash, 303 is probably the best protection against UV. Leather, is difficult because there are many brands to choose from, personally I use Lexol leather cleaner and conditional.
I know what you mean about the black interior showing every speck of dirt. I can clean my car, get in it the next day and its like you can see every dead skin cell that has found its way onto your dash. Put on some polarized glasses ad its like whoa! I started carrying a swifter in the glovebox. When I'm sitting at a red light staring at the fuzz on the dash and console I can Swift away.
I've been really happy with Chemical Guys Leather Serum. I bought a gallon to refill their smaller bottle. They claim it has uv protection. I use it on my wife's black leather seats (she has non shiny leather) and my brown leather seats.
It doesn't make the leather shiny and it smells good. I try to reapply every other weekend. I use my saturated applicator pad to wipe down the dash and doors when I'm done with the seats. I wouldn't use it on cloth though.

Best real-world useful protection I'd recommend is tinted windows. There are two types of leather, top-coated and raw leather. Real leather will soak up water.
To clean real leather, go easy and use gentle products like Woolite. When using microfiber on real, always have it wet. When drying using microfiber, dab and push, don't rub.
For protection of real leather use any product with a sunscreen. 303 is awesome and all purpose. There are plenty others, but I found them to be too oily. I suppose I could have used less, but I never found a need beyond what 303 provides.
As for top-coated, I wouldn't use anything special. Your just wasting product since it will not soak through down to the real leather underneath. I still just use a wet microfiber cloth and occasionally Woolite.
Nothing beats keeping leather out of the sun though... AKA garage, park in the shade or in a structure or get tinted windows.
