Just purchased it this morning. 191k miles with a carfax showing pretty consistent maintenance including some transmission fluid changes too. It drives really well and has plenty of power. Very clean inside and out. I was especially impressed with how rust free it is underneath. It was a relatively local trade in, spent its life in North Dakota and Nebraska. This will eventually be a tow vehicle for me once I sell my motorhome and get a travel trailer.

Not a bad deal for $6k I don’t think. Every other one I looked at had a lot of rust underneath and they wanted more money too.

The only person I know with one of these absolutely loves it. They are a mobile mechanic and it's always full of tools and junk and they often tow stuff with it. Sure it's needed some maintenance here and there but overall it's never let them down. I am by no means a Nissan fan and I honestly hate most of their products. But I think these are one of the best vehicles they have made in a long time. So enjoy!

They're underrated. I had a 2018 Titan with the 5.6 and really liked it until we got a midsized 6500 GVWR travel trailer and I hated the way it pulled. The rear springs were too soft even with the WD hitch properly adjusted and the truck was programmed to rev. No way should a 400 hp/400 lb/ft tq engine insist on 3000 rpm at 65 on flat ground. If we didn't get the trailer I'd still have that truck.

My old brain just can't process buying a 190k mile vehicle. Hope it serves you well.

@AZjeff Your 2018 would be a very different generation than mine. And a slightly different engine with the direct injection as well as different transmission. I personally have heard nothing but good things about how these tow.

I also plan on a much lighter travel trailer. Probably in the 3500 to 4500 pound range.

Oh and I guess after successfully buying a 200k mile Sienna I don’t mind higher miles now. I will take that over underbody rust. I could have paid $8k for a different 2012 with 124k miles but the rust underneath and on the rockers was horrible.

Beautiful suv, we almost bought a 2010, iirc, a few years ago it had ~120k miles but ended up with an Expedition that had 182k miles (my kid has it now w 230k). We were looking for a new tow vehicle, 7k # travel trailer and it was a very pretty suv but I liked the Expedition for being a bit longer for towing and it was about half the price.
Our last 5 vehicle purchase miles have been, '94 w 120k, '06 w 160k, '05 w 180k, '04 w 182k and '93 w 126k miles. I would not trade any of them for newer ones. We have put over 50k miles on the '93, '04 and '05 so far. Being up in PA rust is definitely more important than miles.

@wlk If I wanted a longer than 23 foot trailer I would probably have ended up going with something like an Expedition or Suburban for the longer wheelbase.
