Some younger folks dress like homeless bums and they take great pride in looking like a slob.

Sad but true.

I will NOT hire someone with the 1994 Kurt Cobain / Nirvana look.

i have witnessed this before. my only explanation is they really don't want "a" job but unemployment/welfare probably forces them to go on interviews to show that they are actively seeking employment to keep their benefits. otherwise unless mental illness, who would show up to an interview in basketball shorts, slides and a wearing a hoodie with the hood up on their head?
