Got a similar one for my mother in law. You know I find that a free Andriod smart phone is MUCH easier to use.
No useful information is available at their website (Lively ??) as to what networks their phones use, not to mention "a new jitterbug flip phone" doesn't give much information either. Google seems to suggest they operate on Verizon's network though.

Phones have "radios" that work on specific bands. While it's more and more common that they have multiple radios so they work on multiple networks, some manufacturers may cripple their devices (i.e. cost savings along with locking it down to only their network). Nonetheless, it appears these definitely work on VZW networks, if not others.
