Jersey Sweets

I am eating a microwaved Jersey Sweet potato. It is heavenly. I have not put anything on it. I really don't like sweet potatoes/yams--the orange meated ones that it. But the New Jersey Sweets are yellow inside. The skin looks more like a Idaho baking potato, but it is sweet potato shaped.

Anyone like the Jersey Sweets?

I've never seen one.
I have tried the orange ones and like you I don't like them.
