Yes, this and other airbus commercial jets competing in the" FREE" world market with the last remaining viable US company ( Boeing).

Oh, did I mention with billions of government subsidies from the European Union countries.

Thats how airbust competes with our higher quality companies and can practically give away jets to push Boeing out of the market.

See latest WTO filing by Boeing.

Since the present US administration is for "FREE" markets, Boeing is just going to have to compete with the socialist tax base of the EU...... good luck to the last US aircraft maker.

Well said!

As much as 33% of its (Airbus)development costs have been totally paid for by various European countries.

So what?
The Anerican way is supposed to be the best way, and if it is, Boeing can overcome any socialist strategies from anywhere else, right?

I don't notice much crying and moaning about corporate tax breaks and incentives, or subsidies from our government as long as we like it.

Mark that's not what it is about and you know it. Think in terms of artificial trade support and barriers to "free" trade. If the US attempts to sell such a state supported product to Europe or even the world we are blocked.........

Whether we 'officialy' support it or not, there is a great deal of sibsidizing corporations going on.

We choose to do things the way we do, and Europe and the rest of the world the way they do.

Just how it is.

Unfortunately we only get one vote in the rule making body. Thus the rules cost American jobs.

What I find incredible is the extreme violation of the rules by American drug companies. Instead of taking us to court over it, the Euroweasels demand it, forcing America consumers to subsidize the rest of the world.
