It's AMSOIL®, not Amsoil

Not wanting to start anything on here but proper education is the key and if we help those out there to understand the difference what can it hurt?

As stated, AMSOIL® is in all caps. If you look on their corp site you will see it is in all caps. Just like NASCAR, not Nascar, GEICO, not Geico and CVS, IBM, JBL.

I know it is nit picking but if one is not aware then it would never change.

Just trying to give a little respect to a a small American company that deserves it. You have to admit, if it wasn't a quality product it wouldn't have lasted as long as it has. I know there are a bunch of AMSOIL haters out there because of the deadbeat no knowledge, think they can get rich dealers out there that give it a bad rap by there tactics in trying to push it on everyone.

I see it on here some where if someone states they use Mobil 1 they get corrected to say Mobil 1™

Is that AMWAY … for oil ?

I can't type that R cicle thing.

How come they don't certify their signature oils if they are so quality.
 
My goodness, two replies and it's already as interesting as I'd hoped it would be.

It seems a little pretentious to make a company's name ALL CAPS unless this is an acronym of some type?

I haven't used, the oil though, so maybe it really is so fantastic that you would have to stylize it as such.

Is Mobile upper or lower case...they are a very small blender, who I have never seen on the shelves anywhere, but appear popular on BITOG by the number of posts that they generate.

they need all the help in product identification that they can get so that people don't buy Mobil mistaking it for Mobile, and thinking that they are onto a good thing.
 
Why is there soil in their oil.

I’m definitely stealing this quote! I’m in a few truck groups on Facebook and every time someone mentions oil, five guys pop outta nowhere offering to sell AMSOIL and sign everyone up for the preferred customer program.
