It's AMSOIL®, not Amsoil

As stated, AMSOIL® is in all caps. If you look on their corp site you will see it is in all caps. Just like NASCAR, not Nascar, GEICO, not Geico and CVS, IBM, JBL.

I know it is nit picking but if one is not aware then it would never change.

Just trying to give a little respect to a a small American company that deserves it. You have to admit, if it wasn't a quality product it wouldn't have lasted as long as it has. I know there are a bunch of AMSOIL haters out there because of the deadbeat no knowledge, think they can get rich dealers out there that give it a bad rap by there tactics in trying to push it on everyone.

I see it on here some where if someone states they use Mobil 1 they get corrected to say Mobil 1™

Just food for thought. Happy Monday!

I don’t use but a few select products because of OEM “stamp” or price … but I do respect this company:

Good start, keep it going.

I’m definitely stealing this quote! I’m in a few truck groups on Facebook and every time someone mentions oil, five guys pop outta nowhere offering to sell AMSOIL and sign everyone up for the preferred customer program.

A big turn off isn't it?

I can't type that R cicle thing.

How come they don't certify their signature oils if they are so quality.

Nope

Option r on a mac, ®
Alt0714(on number pad) for Winblows

Some are certified, but my understanding is it costs $$$.

It seems a little pretentious to make a company's name ALL CAPS unless this is an acronym of some type?

AMerican Synthetic OIL

It's still over rated, and over priced, caps or not.

A nearby parts shop of note had a large section of their oil / coolant / fluids wall dedicated to Amsoil products.
Each had a masterfully made, large size P-Touch label on its lip of shelving.
The labels' clarity made the high prices seem even higher.

One day the shelving was all rearranged and the Amsoil was GONE! (or was the AMSOIL gone?)

I asked the man if the AMSOIL sold well. He gave me a LOOK.

Similarly, in the Adirondacks, I asked an old pal if his AMSOIL distributorship yielded any money.
I got the same look.

Somehow I'm sure it's a good product line too. Ha-Ha my spellcheck underlines Amsoil in red indicating a misspelled word. AMSOIL is not underlined.

"The name's Eye-gore now"

At least you are detailed oriented! Nice observation.

Respectfully,

Better include the P brand as well - using that garbage GTL, amirite?

I think the stooge is the one that pays more for base stock, as if it matters.
