Definitely replace if there is a viable new part available. Safety first on motorcycles!
If there isn't a decent one available:
The caliper doesn't look too bad, don't worry about the corrosion, lightly sand it as mentioned above for peace of mind.
The piston is shot! It must be replaced, the pitting it has will possibly cause leaks, cause the seal to wear, and maybe cause the piston to hang on the seal.
