Is there anything that will reverse sun staining on dashboard?

My car is 25 years old and in great shape, but this vinyl portion of the dashboard has brown staining, which I am assuming is from the sun. The material is still soft and there is not a single crack in the material, but I would like to bring it back to the medium gray that it originally was. Any ideas on any product or DIY mixture that would work? I attached some photos taken just now to show what it looks like. I should know that the dashboard has been vacuumed and cleaned, and so as far as I can, tell, these stains are not soiling.
Thank you

You make some concessions on wear and tear driving a 25 year old vehicle.
One of those "carpeted dash covers"-if you can find one for a 25 year old vehicle.

The Meguiar's will leave the dash shiny. My first move would be Aerospace 303 after a thorough cleaning. They also make a cleaner to be used before 303. The 303 leaves a natural-looking surface as opposed to Meg's shine.

And as a specific answer to the OP's question, no there isn't anything that will actually reverse it. Nothing will re-crosslink the broken polymer chains and nothing will reverse the oxidation. The best you can do is cover it up somehow (either an actual cover or some protectant product that will make it look better) and use the same product to try and slow down further degradation and loss of plasticizers.

That is not “sun staining” that is UV damage. Some products may improve the look, but they will not repair the damage and they will need to be re-applied constantly to keep the look.

I think there a fillers to repair this sort of damage and then re-paint the surface.
A dash cover is probably the cheapest solution to prevent further damage.
