Is My Transfer Case TOD?

I just bought a used BW 4406 transfer case out of a 97 Navigator.
I will be using it in my 98 Expedition, which I know has Torque On Demand, and it has stickers on the case that say so.
I was told by the salvage yard people that the 97 Navigator and 98 Expedition cases are the same, but there is no sticker on the case saying that it is TOD. Everything looks identical on the outside.

How can I verify that my replacement is in fact a TOD 4406?

I have never seen a navigator that didn't use a tod case

I took the case apart for an inspection. They look identical in every way.
My research seems to show that the 4406 was available in 2 models. manual and electric shift. Did not find anything that says that the electronic shift has variations on the 4406 models that would not have the torque on demand options.
