Nope, and LOL, especially not when it can be the difference between 12.44 an 12.51.

Viscosity modification broke J300 back in the '80s, and the HTHS minimums further confuse people, as evident in the case of A3/B4 or C3 5W30s...heck, even standard old SAE30 mineral is closer to a synthetic 0W40 in terms of HTHS than it is to an ILSAC 30. (and shouldn't a standard mineral 30 be the actual definition of 30 ???)
