For the South East it's a dead possum bounce. For the South West, a dead Armadillo bounce. I have too much time on my hands and it's too darn hot to go outside.

Sorry all.

I really like the brokerage group, they were a pretty good bargain before the recent correction started, they came down overly hard, yet earnings have been huge. Look for a decent mutual fund such as FSLBX. Or pick a couple leaders in the group. This is a long. Think 2+ years.

Or they could tank hard. This IS the internet.

Yeah... Ive been watching GE for a while to see when I might want to get in... It does stink right now!

I sold some GE for a few bucks profit last month. Can't figure out why it dosen't trade higher....? Everything looks good on GE, but the stock dosen't move out of the 33/34 range. It should trade in the high 30's in my estimation.

That's very true, Groucho. GE and IBM (Big Blue) used to be proxies for the market, but not anymore.

After reading this thread, I looked at my GE chart, and it looks like there's accumulation going on, even though the stock is going nowhere. This usually precludes a pop, but the question as always is when.....?

Cramer was thumbs down on TEVA Friday.

Some analysts were up on TEVA last week.

Never paid this stock much attention, then I noticed TEVA is on the PF "buy" list. If it goes down when Cramer's clones bail on it, it may be worth a look.

Sleepers: Stifel Nicolaus analyst Kit Spring said RealNetworks hit a multiyear high Wednesday and that shares have increased about $3 a share over the past eight to 12 weeks on "little news" and no change in guidance.

"Investors are suddenly valuing the company, excluding net cash, nearly 75% higher than they were just a few months ago," Spring said. "We can't recall such a large change in a stock's multiple in such a short time frame since the go-go days of the 1990s." This is called trading and it happens all the time!

BG is simply a play on biodiesel around the world. There is some future in this fuel, and if we take the big crusher route BG will have a say. I think the unrest in Brazil may be a bit overblown and the stock is a deal in $40's. Earnings of course need to pull the stock up and this qtr or three don't look all that great.

The charts are showing the recent dive from $60+ as a trend.

I've made some good money simply trading BG as well,
