Been there.... a hundred times.I sold into this rally heavily this AM.
This means the market will absolutely rally like never before.
Just tell them to stop calling and they will.So..... quick question.... Who has a 401k ( or any investments I guess) over at Fidelity?
I get calls from them about every 6 months that my portfolio "....is way too tech heavy and you seriously need to consider rebalancing it for greater diversification".
They just called again this morning.
My reply to Mr. Fidelity salesman is always the same.... " Whats your 401k worth, and what's the annaual return on it ? ".
Why do they do this? Why would they want me to decrease my annual return?
My other brokerages ( Schwab,Wells Fargo, and RobinHood) dont do this...

It's tempting but I'm loaded.Bought some BACPRB for the dividends, may dump after ex-dividend date if the price goes up.
I have room. And of course, as always, after I bought, the price went downIt's tempting but I'm loaded.
It will float right back above par, hold tight.I have room. And of course, as always, after I bought, the price went down![]()
I brought it in awhile ago, all my CLO AAA funds are doing great.I am selling credit today of which BACPRB really is part. I can get out of IEF at a profit, and out of TLT with a small loss after dividends. I would like to sell BAC/PRB as well but I think there will be a better opportunity in the future as @Pablo indicated. Still believe that long rates trade will work but not until after Nov 5 at this point.
And they will continue to do so for the same reasons I am selling long bonds.I brought it in awhile ago, all my CLO AAA funds are doing great.

It's part of a portfolio approach for stable qualified dividend income. I have other funds with higher yield and/or rising value. I see preferreds similar to bonds but with more favorable tax treatment.I dont understanding buying a declining value asset for a 6% yield.... which after taxes barely beats inflation.
