It does not feel like a week market, just too frothy. I have diversified and will be selling some more stuff into strength. Who knows when the bubble pops. If I needed the money in the foreseeable future I would likely feel different.I’m getting antsy with all the problems going on….
Well, the only wise decision I made about this was to buy a Macbook Pro before the price hike.So..... who made sizable purchaes of MUU and DRAM yesterday before the MU earnings call?

Bought some VZ for my dividends -
I have a large chunk in SPYI for a broader baseIf your looking for income, with a tiny bit of growth...... have you looked at QQQI ?

Not a dividend investor. I like dividends - to pay me to wait while the stock goes up.I have a large chunk in SPYI for a broader base
Quite a lot are anemic. They talk about Warren Buffett and his Coca Cola investment. But unless you buy it in your 20-s and check the yield on original basis in your 50-s, it doesn't make much sense. I go for preferreds for good yields from reputable corporations, call ETF-s like SPYI and large cap infrastructure corporations. I try to average 6% pretax yield overall. Higher yields on SPYI and its ilk help reach that goal.So forgive my question, but the dividends on those like most large caps these days look pretty anemic. Am I missing something?
