Well you can park it there and purchases will automatically pull from FXDXX if there is not enough in your designated cash account (interest earning money market for example), BUT settlements will not automatically go back into FZDXX. This just means you need to manually move it periodically from your cash account to FZDXX.
For your taxable accounts with heavy other income putting you in an unfriendly bracket, look at FTEXX
VIX is blowing out and I don’t know why. So maybe.

I just flipped PLTR on 300 shares for about $867. Took like 15 minutes
This time I had my tablet open to yahoo finance and their real time allowed me to get 12 cents more as I put in a limit sale and it sold instantly... robinhood was way off and I learned to do this from now on.

I agree with you. However for a minimum investment you can make big $$$ on it....and it floats so far up and down you can trade it all day.
Note.... 3 AM things happen with it.

I usually sell PLTR in small clips because when I try to wait it out it goes up and down....I have been up $3k only to see it double back to a negative in 30 minutes.
If you hit it right after hours you can get a nice profit and buy it back cheaper than you originally bought it for and sell it again...
I'm in a mode of little trust and gone are the 1000 to 1500 share trades
200 to 300 shares can yield you good $$$ without the stress..
I don’t like being up and holding out while it tanks to start all over again.
Don't like leaving money on the table.

I have avoided many stocks for personal reasons. Didn't feel good about trading pot stocks so I didn't.
Not a modern day AT&T fan as I think they offer little value and ruined my Cricket experience.
I generally keep away from big oil due to my early MPLX experience.
Stayed in Ford for years and made great money via 10 and 15k share flips but grew tired of the penny a day toggle Ford uses often.
Played the pharmaceutical scam and I'll go in to steal but never invest.
I do enjoy the penny stock game but if they have little volume I won't even go there...

CRM came out with their anti-2A stance, so I bailed long ago.
Its a ticker and a chart. I don't much care what their ethics are. There all crooked.
I tend to stay away from retail simply because I totally do not understand those businesses. I used to avoid banks also but I have spent years trying to understand them better so I may wade in more in the future.
I don't generally day trade - have no issues with it, done it a few times, definately don't buy and hold, so penny stocks don't hit my radar.
What was your issue with MPLX? Not that it matters, but I wouldn't call them big oil. I do like to trade big oil. My fav actually. Almost completely out currently, but looking to wade back in. There still a little pricey.

MPLX was a total fraud. . They manipulated that stock so hard to steal it was really insane...
It was so bad during covid most people just bailed... that stock would be trading at high volume and all of a sudden just lock down in the middle of the day for hours. How?
I will never buy a share from those people. I could go into detail but I am becoming violent

There current Beta is well below 1. Seems like a lousy stock to day trade in general?

My experience was from 2021Very strange. Never owned it - not a huge fan of mid-stream but If I want to hide out there I have a couple fav's - not MPLX.
