Anyone dabbled with Chinese EV makers? I have been weary to buy their stocks in the last few years because of the political wrinkles we have with them but should have at least bought BYD when Warren Buffet bought it.

yeah. me too, thought long and hard at BYD. Not sure how it works unless you have an international trading account.
However on the over the country market you can buy BYDDF which I think is much the same? I have no clue.

If you believe in the company, the price hasn't gone up much, even though at 33 times earnings that is 25 more times earnings than GM yet almost 100 times less earnings than TSLA *LOL*

YES - "PUTS" *LOL* I think I will be kicking myself not picking them up on Tesla, its a gamble but we all know their earnings (oops lack thereof) is going to be a disaster.
ll just watch it go down and down, do nothing and say darn it! And be glad if it goes up and up *LOL(*

Wow...I did get back into Tesla and a good price 200 shares and I dumped my older 50 shares....

I did not and probably am not buying BYD. I generally don't buy auto companies - lousy business. Happy to day trade anything, but not as an actual hold.

I am looking to get more money offshore though - including China, although I don't own anything there today.

Tomorrow's Friday and I am busy anyway, so I moved all my money into my normal longs and will just ignore for a while.
