Looks like Apple moved the Car project back to 2028, and changed it to a 'semi-intelligent' EV.
LOL

As an investor, I'm really scratching my head now....what's the point of getting into this space ?

Because there is a huge market out there. Companies are finding out the products are harder to realize than once thought.

Well, I certainly can see your point as an investor.
Yet we must remember as an example, Apple has never publicly came out and said we are going to produce a car never mind even with a year in mind.

Technology companies work on a whole host of different projects that may or may not bear fruit and we don’t know the extent of apples involvement in producing a car or having a car built for them almost in my mind retrofitting a car with their system.

As far as we know, Apple can be producing the electronics that other manufacturers might buy or seek to use their patents.

So I could be wrong, but these all seem to be discussions in the boardroom and not public disclosures to the media about future plans.
There’s even speculation that they might completely shelve the plan corporations do this all the time.
I suspect a lot of this is Apple, looking to the future and seeing how they could stay a relevant technology company.

With technology what you did in the past doesn’t matter anymore you have to figure out what your path is going to be in the future.

Yeah, the money train left the Tesla station post market and pre market. It was inevitable, predictable, and not really sad.

GDP hit 3.3% in the 4th qtr; 2023 exceeds expectations. Many analysts (and BITOGs) were convinced of an impending recession; comparatively this is great economic results.
And for us lucky investors, a banner year. All indices are screaming.

3.3% GDP growth - 3.9% CPI - 7.6% Deficit spending (money printing) = Everything is awesome! / sarc.

On a similar note, my SSO / VXX pair trade - both went up today. Technically not impossible but almost never happens. Obviously I will take it but scratching my head on this one.
