Not particularly specific. That could mean one or two companies, all the way to a 3x leveraged fund.
I know. I don't like to recommend individual stocks. I don't like to buy individual stocks. Of course if I get them as compensation that's another matter.
If oyu twist my arm, I have this wack theory that semiconductor chips are not going away. I am familiar with SEMI, or the chip processing machine industry. 2 of the biggies are Applied Materials and Lam Research. My career was at Novellus, which was acquired by Lam and Lam. Long story... This is where my options and grants are from. Here's a little history; please understand that SEMI is a highly cyclical industry and is cut throat business. Hard ball and brutal; SEMI is considered the most high tech of the high tech because how do you make a new chip without the new fabrication equipment? Chicken and egg, so to speak.
If you really wanna rock and roll, there's always Elon. His little company has been pretty good to me over the long run. I love tech!

Sure. But that’s notionally your bond portfolio, not high yielding securities, unless I’m missing something (eg, the details of the tickers and their holdings)

FSK looks interesting if I want to chase yields.
They are all BDC's except LNC (insurance company, was super over sold). I figured BDCs could do OK in most environments. Problem really is they are not good bargains currently. Sill OK but not cheap.

Or if you don't want VTI or VT just put 1/4 each in FGB, STK, SCHD, QQQ

I would stay away from Tech stocks for now. This rally weve seen for 7 months has mainly been Tech stocks and the DOW has been flat . Expect a pullback

I will ride this tech and artificial AI run up for as long as possible.

My account hitting new highs with all the manipulation, I have to admit I’m not complaining.

I‘m also getting kind of antsy.

I have some chip stocks, of course I’ve taken a burn from intc… but I was also an AMD K3 and Athlon fan and have had their stock since the single digits.

probably a bit overdone right now…

and we already have a nice little TSLA position that has increased handily. I would consider buying more when it’s at a reasonable valuation.

Yup...this morning Twitter is a cluster and Elon seems to have no plan. I said it before and I'll say it again...I see Musk primarily as an egomaniac and not a mega-business genius.
Thank goodness Musk is getting rid of the little bird! Twitter's woes are fixed! It amazes me how people like this get a substantial following and yet I see it over and over again with other public figures right now. These are people who are successful IN SPITE of themselves and not because they're actually good at what they do.

You just don’t like that twitter is no longer controlled by one side.

That's helpful and dare I say sooooo clever. Ok this will be equally helpful...you as a cult member are just happy there's one more avenue to spread hate, lies, and misinformation about everything!

Twitter means nothing to me - I don't have an account - but as far as I can tell Twitter has been a cesspool used by both sides for as long as it has existed.

FWIW...I don't have a "side". I have thoughts and ideas that sometimes do and don't align with both "sides". I don't look at my ideology like I do when I'm picking my favorite sports team. Chumps, lemmings, and not so bright people pick sides and treat it like it's a team sport because it's easier that way for them. Easier than having to think.

Well that’s Twitter. So now I am not so sure why you care so much.

Why not just say Musk overpaid for Twitter? It’s kind of disingenuous for you to claim Switzerland at this point.

EDIT PS: For the record, I don't have an account with twitter either and your "you cult member" is pretty slimy. I have my views, nothing wrong with that. Wow.

It's an article about Twitter as a business that is pertinent to investing and yes, obviously, even though I don't use Twitter, I don't like Musk, not because of politics but because I think he's an egomaniac and not particularly good at what he does. I've felt this way for years and years. I can't dislike Musk and not use Twitter at the same time and if I do there's some other motive?

Why do you feel the need to politicize an article about Twitter and then clearly feel like you need to attack the motives of the person who posted it? I'm just sharing an article and my opinion on Musk.
