I get that way (short term) when things get over sold :)
Yes, a week ago the RSI was banging on 70, and now its back to balanced.

I just jumped into silver (PSLV) at about the $79/ozt point. I find it to be too much of a coincidence that the Comex paper market is dropping so much while the Shanghai physical market is closed for the weekend. That, along with a plethora of apparently coordinated and already written articles saying us commoners are dumping silver tells me something is afoot, Watson. The dog is not barking.

I have not sold mine (SLV). I do have an exit strategy, but not there yet. Looking at the chart it looks a lot like its being pushed down - giant sell orders at weird times and all at once. Still I am surprised it hasn't bounced back much. It was the same yesterday but whenever it got pushed it rallied right after.

Well, selling off Meta at 723 for a 44% profit worked out well. I was sweating that one out because I love the company, but I think I have time if I ever want to buy it back

But I’m in a tough place because that was a significant investment over 1/3 of my portfolio and I really not sold on buying anything else because I can’t think of what else is such a value
The other over 1/3 is Walmart and I’m certainly not selling that
And then maybe 25% is an Amazon. I was thinking of going kamikaze and making that 60%

I sold half my SLV today. It got really close to my normal exit plan so I dumped half. I had held it for several years so it more than tripled. Was much higher a week ago. :ROFLMAO:

I have actually been thinking of selling half my AMZN. It seems to be trading sideways and not in a good way.

So I am sitting on a fair bit of cash with no idea what to do with it. I have some ideas but none are great in my mind - add to my global ETF's which have done well, speculate on some currencies. Even thinking about a little in TLT?

Yeah, if you notice I use the word kamikaze for Amazon🤣 I don’t know why but I really hate the company and it has been going sideways for the longest time. I paid 220 for that stock gosh knows how long ago and I’m still waiting and waiting and waiting.
So using reverse psychology on my own brain, I’m thinking that maybe some really good news will come out and take off someday or make a big dive. I have no clue other than I hate the company. LOL

I look at the company more from its cloud platform than it’s retail however, maybe it’s retail will start showing more promise now that they’re closing down there Amazon fresh stores and making these statements that there’s going to be some type of reorganization for household staples and groceries meaning sounding like they’re going to compete with Walmart, but a better online presence

I have no idea what I’m talking about 🙃
If I could come up with a better company, I can believe in ….

I have been holding AMZN because there the largest owner of datacenters in the country - primarily. I originally got them because they were making a bid for tic-toc - but that got grifted from them. There technicals don't look great which is usually my tiebreaker. It looks a lot like the market has run out of liquidity finally so a pullback is rather likely.

In this market, at the crazy valuations Im not sure of anything anymore, its hard to believe in anything.

Well, gosh, so glad I got up the nerve to pull the plug on Meta, still tanking! Yay!
Im starting to wonder if I should do the same for AMZN I dont hate either company and most likely will own them again, maybe.
I'm just feeling uneasy about the market in general...and ... AMZN has been dragging me along forever now in my time frame of a year or so.
Im going to roll the dice on this one, go with my gut... Earnings in another day, heck, held it for this long.
