Money isn't everything. My neighbor was a wealthy man until he went to prison and died a few years later. He focused on money while my focus was on quality of life. I'm still here enjoying this old world. 👍 Of course I would be enjoying it more without everyone giving their money to these big corps that are robbing us all blind.

You're right. Money is not everything.

Some of the most miserable people I’ve met were very wealthy….. they couldn’t buy happiness.

Someone here wanted clarification of what O was etc.....Realty Income is O.... they thought it was no trade .

I get it. I spare my back as much as I can by lifting with my legs etc.. The tradeoff is my job keeps me in shape and loose. Also my wife wants me to work until next May when she turns 65 so she can stay on my insurance. I'll probably quit this job next year some time. I'm looking for opportunities after this. I can go back to the trucking job I had until I took my current job 15 years ago but trucking is hard on backs too. Tractor Supply is also an option but I would have to man the computer cash register some and throw bags of feed so probably not. I'm looking for volunteer opps as well. Anything to stay out of the recliner. I appreciate the replies.
👍

Well, my wealth advisor creates a plan when he gets up in the morning - hopefully after a couple cups of Joe.

My wealth advisor does tax loss harvesting by nature because he doesn't keep the loosers around long. :ROFLMAO:

I am glad I don't have to earn a living with my back because I wouldn't last long. I have already had hernia surgery.

I do completely agree, all you have is your health and your family - everything else is small stuff.

My market perception is of pure stagnation... I'm fooling with the $3 upper echelon ecosystem at present.

Stuck in 5k shares while I flip 5 to 10k shares on 3 to 10 cents which is a decent ride but all my good stocks are too high... trolling for peanuts until the new year.

Cash be king still.....

I wouldnt trade places with some of the most wealthy people in the world or anyone in-between. Some have already passed away at a young age, I know of personally someone younger than me, VERY successful, was ALWAYS in great shape, living the life and now a life altering event taking place that makes my prostate cancer treatment seem like nothing. We are devastated at what he is about to go through.
One thing none of them have or had was my so far healthy life to the age of almost 70 minus the small setback this year which I am now considered cancer free. I wouldnt sell them my health for any price in the world if such a thing was possible. So who is more wealthy? I am.

We tend to take our health for granted until it smacks you in the face. Look around ..
That is for others, you are so right and I wish you the best and hope you continue to get through it all.

I think many bailed from PLTR because of the drama earlier.
It was my number one honey hole since it was $18 but I moved on .

The game got too dramatic for me but I may return one day.

Sorry if this was covered earlier... is the wheel strategy (trading options) something that you guys feel outperforms traditional buy & hold?

I've got a friend who swears by it, but the more I read about it, the more it sounds like just an additional hassle that I'm not sure I want to bother with... am I missing out on something big here?
