There’s a few BITOG members I communicate via PM and they know how I look / feel about this Dog & Pony Show.

Markets are very similar to a WWF pro wrestling match, staged and choreographed.
80,000 fans paying top dollar to see a fake wrestle mania match.

For privacy reasons I can NOT name them….. but they have my ‘trading strategy blueprints’ .
80%….. 50%…..20% scenario / hypothetical what ifs / what do I do.

Very similar to KFC secret 11 herbs and spices. 🤫

I just watched a newscaster and he said he turned off the stock market
So he doesn't have to worry about his massive losses.. We know many that are doing that.
I only have one stock in play and I set a limit sale price and I'm not looking at it until I hear a ping.

Come on guys.....how much are you down after yesterday?
I'm down 5.4% on a volatile stock.
Only one as I dumped the others when they were high...

Just Yesterday?? Or YTD? I have a long way to go to achieve @Dave Hess skill. Still better than many I presume. I was about 20% cash, the rest was in. VIX saved me. Day before too - was down even less.

I didn't plan on getting stocks yesterday but had an old limit that was very low and TSLA went very low... Pre market I got the ping...
Being down 5% on TSLA can happen in a few minutes

I thought limit orders were a no-no for day traders?
Why would they be? I prefer to watch but when you want in and are busy sometimes I use limit orders. I run a full time business.

I see now....no that's not me just Moomoo policy....I didn't like the app and someone here asked me about day trading issues

Don't know - not really a pattern day trader, although I will make a day trade if I see a deal going on.

I could see sell orders being limits. Buy orders you could end up buying on the wrong side of the trend if it sits there - like you did on Friday?
