Interior hard plastic repair

Does anyone have a good repair for say dog claw scratches on interior door semi hard plastic?

Not much you can do; I'd chalk it up to lesson learned.

I have heard that careful use of a heat gun, can remove scratches in hard plastic. I have not don this myself.
