Interesting Nothing Burger Edit Issue

Weird thing happened the other day. I did a post and checked it over and posted it.
I read it again and there was an extra "a" in the sentence..
So I hit the edit button and no "a" existed to remove.
So I tried that 4 times and although no "a" came up to remove it was still in the post and could not be removed. Never seen that before

Was on an Android cell.
