Does using a injector/valve cleaner like Techron or Lubro-Moly Injector/Valve cleaner addtiive to fuel tank in anyway effect Auto-RX clean or rinse cycles seeing as some of these additves, solvents etc find their way into the oil.....

Generally it has been stated that techron does not influence UOA results, so it apparently may not effect wear by getting into the bearings. Given that Terry Dyson has claimed techron to be safe to use, Id stick with it.

Even if Auto-rx is solved and displaced, it should re-adsorb in another location if its interaction with the surface is true. Id not worry about it, but Id also use something known safe.

Techron is safe isnt it ? I was concerned that if it makes its way into the oil it will neutralize the auto-rx, interfering with its flushing/cleaning process.

I highly doubt that it would affect the cleaning process in any manner. If it's a concern, just use the cleaner toward the end of the clean/rinse phase. That's when I use my fuel system cleaner, be it with arx or any regular oil change.
