There is much more to a good oil than just a lack of small particles. And while this may remove small particles is does nothing to restore the chemistry of a used oil.
The bottom line: without renewing the chemistry you would still have to change the oil.
Without knowing the chemistry of the filtered oil, it looks impressive. Might be a great thing for "Mobil 2" applications, like rerunning oil in a beater.
Not really cost effective, but interesting.

This does suggest a potential experiment involving a VOA, a UOA, a VOA of the renewed oil and then a UOA after running it.
