I told Cliffie to shut off the breaker and cut off the water, I was on the way. Instead of cutting off the breaker, Cliffie took the cover off the junction box and tried to undo the wire nuts, WHILE STANDING IN A PUDDLE OF WATER. Cliffie told me his arm and hand hurt for a week. I told Cliffie to buy a lottery ticket, as he was he luckiest $&@$&@ i ever met.
Luckily, Cliffie was laid off and moved out before he could kill himself on my property.
Agreed, as a long term landlord. Millennial tenants are the absolute worst. Had a tenant who setup a bunch of candles in the window of my apartment, in the summer. They melted wax all over the window sill and down the wall, into the new wall to wall carpeting.
Same week they had a grease fire in the stove, thankfully was put out quickly.
