I want a Challenger

One thing I had to do on my Challenger was add another bottle of Lubegard to the rear. It had some chatter to it. Just keep that in mind if you're test driving one and it sounds like tires rubbing when turning at low speeds. It's normal and an easy fix.

Seems kind of a base model R/T, only had the 130 radio with 4 speakers. But it's got the "Track Pak" with a limited slip rear diff. Originally shipped to Oklahoma, probably spent most if not all of its life there.

I do not like aftermarket stereos in general...if I got that one, I'd probably swap back to a stock head unit. I want base...preferably cloth seats and absolutely no sunroof. Original sales area is Dallas...which means it has not spent the last nine winters bathing in road salt!

I saw this one in person myself. I have a bicycle route (I live in town) that goes past and sometimes I stop and drool at the new 5.0s or on my last trip take a walk around this Challenger that they had in pole position in front row by the entrance. It looked good and has nice low mileage. I'd be willing to do a closer inspection if desired.

I also saw it in person. On 9/6/19 I bought a Mustang from them. I saw that Challenger right at the entrance and checked it out. Just looking through the windows. I was intrigued enough that if I couldn't come to a deal on the Mustang I was more than likely going to buy that car. One thing to note. The right front wheel has some curb rash. But overall the car looks really good. Love the pistol grip shifter in it

I would also love a Challenger and almost bought one in 2013 but for several reasons ended up with my 2014 Mustang GT instead.

I may still get one some day but they don't seem to have great reliability and that is what kind of scares me away.

You have the limited slip?

Looks in nice shape...but the SoCal area code in Texas raises an eyebrow, as does the airbag warning light.

Probably not. The car seems to be a unicorn...it is the first (and so far only) SRT I have seen with no sunroof. I'm actually tempted by this one.
