I need help on oil selection

Hello guys. I must change my car´s oil (Ford Focus 2.0 l 145 bhp) and need your help to decide. Which of these oils you consider the best?

Motul Eco nergy 5w30 (Acea A5; Api SL ;VI 163; HTHS 3,4; TBN 10,3)

Motul Eco nergy 0w30 (Acea SL; Api SL; VI 177; HTHS 3,0; TBN 10,1)

Valvoline SynPower 5w30 (Acea A5; Api SM; ILSAC GF-4; VI 169; HTHS non mentioned; TBN 8,3)

Valvoline states that their oils are a blend of Goup III and Group IV(PAO).
Motul MSDS states that their oils are Destillated (petroleum) parafinic fraction hydrogenated, i think a Goup II.

By the way, Ford recommends a 5w30 oil. Thank you for answer, Marcos.

Shouldn't you be using a 5w20....per Ford's recommendation here in the U.S. Check your drivers manuel....

Valvoline SynPower 5w20....would be my choice.

I know nothing about the two Motul oils, although it appears that neither offer OMG VIs, although both have nice initial TBN.
The 5w30 has higher HTHS than your car needs, so if I bought Motul, I'd be looking at the 0W-30.
Synpower has shown well in used oil analysis on here, although it may not be suited to long drains, since TBN retention does not seem to be its strong point.
A good oil out to probably 5-6K, though.
I must like Synpower, since I have it in our newest car right now.
How are the oils priced where you are?
If the prices are similar, flip a coin to select either the Synpower or the Motul 0W-30.
The Motul should give the potential for longer drains, since it does have higher starting TBN.
It's also an API SL, which some people prefer to an SM like the Synpower.
If these oils are priced significantly differently, use whichever is cheaper.

Pennzoil 5w30 conventional. If you really want to do something to feel like you're giving this low stress motor some extra TLC, change it twice a year.

5W-20 is rarely spec'd outside the US. That should tell you something about what viscosities OEM's really feel is the best for longevity when fuel economy.

Marcos, that's a solid engine. Any decent oil, synthetic or not, will do fine. I think Indydriver's suggestion is the best.

For the same engine Ford NA spec's a 5W-20 (HTHSV 2.6cP).
But any 0W-20 would work if you can find it.
If you can't then the lightest 30wt oil with the highest VI you can find.
The Motul oils are at least GP III and of the two you listed the preferred choice is the Eco-nergy 0W-30. But if you can get it, the 8100 Eco-Clean 0w30 I'd prefer with it's 183 VI and HTHSV of 2.87cP.

Tahnk you all for answering guys. I live in Argentina, here Ford´s recommendation is 5w30 oil from YPF. This oil is Group I and i prefer a better quality oil Goup II or Group III. In Argentina we don´t have 5w-20 oils for now, just 0w-30; 0w-40 (Mobil 1 only); 5w30 or 5w-40 are the lightest oils we can get. By the way, what does OMG and TLC mean? Regards, Marcos.
