I also use the ones from Capri.The ones from Capri are very decent, I use them often on air tool fittings (the thin part on the tool you need to hold), the price is right. I cant knock them.
If you need the Japanese Phillips look at bicycle shops. I got a set for working on derailleurs.Ignition wrenches if the head(s) are small enough.
Note: I've seen rounded off screw heads on older Japanese bikes because the difference between Japanese and Phillips head screws.

Agree. That was what came to my mind first. Or else grind a cheapie down.They sell some very thin wrenches that are used for working on bikes. Just do a quick search!
