Nissan rogue, 2018. They’re fine in a lot of ways. Just not the $1k way. I know what perfect tires are and these are not it. Gimmicky for sure, but far from prefect. I had primacy’s before and I’d take them any day over these.

My buddy has CC2's on his Sienna and they're going way past their wear out warranty. They're loud(er) but that's not what he notices nor cares about. What he notices is that he doesn't have to change out summer/all season tire to winter tires every season and feels like he's getting his monies worth. And he like the way the Mini-Van feels with the CC2's.
Me on the other hand, I want smooth & quiet with my tires. I can't stand tire roar and impact crashing over bumps. I want decent bump absorption. And even though the Pirelli tires that I've owned(many P4 & P7) don't show the best wet weather handling in a controlled environment/tire test with other tires in its segment, they don't suck IMO. I've never had an issue with them in any weather including snow or in an emergency situation. They always went about their business like a champ.

I jumped on the Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3 bandwagon for my wife's '19 Acura MDX while they still have the rebate. I will have them installed on Wednesday. I was debating between the Continental CrossContact LX25 & The Pirelli's.....I went with the Pirelli's based on a few reviews that I read that said that after a while, the LX25's tended to get louder.

I'd like to keep the one best OE tire and get a used OE wheel or similar Toyota wheel to have a full size spare instead of the space saver spare.

I liked the Scorpion AS3+ on our 2019 Jeep GC. Handled well in all conditions, and quieter towards end of life that the LX25 I had before those. Unfortunately, end of life came way too soon. Down to 5/32" in 30k miles. Not sure how much more I could have got out of them, but a puncture in one made me decide to replace them early since winter is only months away. They were good tires. Treadwear was my only complaint. I put some TerrainContact HTs on last month, since they have a nice rebate running now.
