Today's plans:

Oil change- Out with the 6000 mile old Formula Shell 5w30 and in with Pennzoil Platinum 5w30.

ATF drain and fill- out with about 4 quarts of unknown ATF and in with Maxlife ATF (syn or syn blend?)

Differential fluid- out with unknown gear oil and in with Durablend 80w90 (syn blend)

Picked up the Maxlife and Durablend on sale, so no real plans for that. Any the local Walmart's auto section had no PYB(regular oil for me) or Quaker State Ultimate Durability(what I was planning on trying) in 5w30. So I bypassed the green bottle QS and picked up the PP.

Now off to get dirty and cuss at rusted bolts. (Hate Chicago salt. So much hate.)

CamaroT56,
Well, this was my ATTEMPT to do this afternoon. I managed to get the oil changed. Then after a good deal of sweating, creating new and inventive uses of expletives, and some serious application of PB Blaster to the ATF and diff drain plugs, I called it an afternoon. Hope to get the other fluids done soon...even left the bottles sitting in the cargo area as motivation.

Bottom_Feeder,
Another one of my old blue PureONE's. Will be cracking into the ones you gave me next oil change.

I normally run PYB/FS/QS to 5000-6500 miles, will probably run the PP 6500-8500, depending on how much driving I do in the near future.
