Went to the local truck parts place, asked them to cross-reference a Fram PH3614 to Baldwin and Fleetguard, and i got the Fleetguard, they didn't have any Baldwins. I can say that is this a well-made filter, and has all the right stuff. It's smaller than the Toyota 90915-YZZD3, but is built better. It has a Wix-style center tube with 000 stamped on the base plate. Does Fleetguard make their own stuff?

nthach,
Which Toyota motor does this refer to?
I was also looking at Fleetguerd after my stash of Toyota filters is used up.

I also stopped by my local Toyota dealer, and i was stoked to find out he had 2 90915-20004 filters in stock! YAY!!!! I bought them, who wants two 90915-YZZD3 filters?

Which fleetguard number did they give you? If you really want a good filter, try the lf3487, its full synthetic media.

Fleetguard does make their own filters. Its a subsidiary of cummins diesel.

LF3335.

Fleetguard's on-line catalog specifies a LF3874 as correct for that Lexus engine.

It's never best to crossreference a crossreference. There are compromises to most crosses, and doing a second cross may add more compromises.
