I-95 bridge collapse / fire - Philadelphia

It took VDOT from August to May to replace a washed out bridge. It was on a 2-lane road that doesn't get much traffic but does serve as a through-road from I95 to VA234. From what I can tell they didn't even get a contract for the work till November.
