You could 3D print a J1772 to NACS but not a NACS to CCS. There is a communications protocol adapter inside.

Click to expand... Tesla switched to the CCS communication standard (ISO 15118) around 2021, so all these NACS-to-CCS1 adapters are “dumb” - no chips/communications/etc.
